1. Reservations & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment. A booking confirmation and itinerary will be shared once the reservation process is completed.
2. Payments
An advance payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the departure date as communicated by our team. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
3. Changes to Bookings
Should you wish to modify your travel arrangements after confirmation, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. All amendments are subject to availability and may involve additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, supplier fees, visa fees, flight charges, and any non-refundable expenses. Refund timelines may vary depending on the respective service providers.
5. Travel Responsibility
The Travel Guide acts as a travel facilitator and coordinates services through airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local partners. While every effort is made to ensure a smooth travel experience, we shall not be held responsible for delays, schedule changes, weather disruptions, natural calamities, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our control.
